All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. When you purchase a subscription, a
registration key will be sent via email to allow you to download the software or access training.
Hardware purchases will be shipped upon product availability and the FedEx or USPS ground shipment
tracking information will be sent to you via email. Expedited shipping is available upon customer
request.
Replacements and Damages:
Please be aware that at the time of receiving your order you or any person signing for you must
check for damages or missing items. Once the product is installed no claims of damages can be filed.
Installation of the product is considered acceptance of product.
