Return Policy
All Software sales are final. Subscriber may relocate or transfer the Product for use on a different server within its location. All fees paid for the Products are nonrefundable. "Seat" means each computer, electronic appliance or device that is authorized to access or use the Products, directly or indirectly. If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order and it meets our return policy, you may do so by e-mailing us at sales@covetrix.com to obtain a cancellation number. Canceled orders will not be accepted without a cancellation number.

We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. We have a 7 (Seven) day return policy. Our return policy allows you to return certain items. Below is the guideline for returns and a list of items that CANNOT BE RETURNED.
NO RETURNS ON Websense Software Licenses

NO RETURNS ON discontinued products, monthly specials or any other promotional items.

ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE in the original packaging and unopened.

ALL DEVICES RETURNED will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and any cost incurred by Covetrix for shipping the order to you.

You will be responsible for arranging return shipping and any return fees that may occur.

You have to obtain a cancellation number by e-mailing us at sales@covetrix.com prior to returning any items; any returns without the cancellation number will be refused.

Customers canceling a service agreement or changing test engagement dates, must do so at least 10 business days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee.  If cancellation notice is received less than 5 business days prior to the test engagement date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the service agreement.
